We want you to love every treat from Mena's Goodies. Since our items are homemade and perishable, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please provide a photo of the item and its packaging. Once reviewed, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or send a fresh replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We appreciate your support and your satisfaction is our priority.
